You’ll find:
- A cosy lounge with fireplace and board games, ideal for relaxing evenings
- An open-plan kitchen with everything you need for self-catering
- A secluded courtyard garden for al fresco meals or coffee in the sun

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom One: Double bed with side tables
- Bedroom Two: Two single beds in converted attic with beams

Location
Just a short walk to Stonehouse’s high street, pubs, canal walks, and local dairy farm. Stroud and Gloucester are less than 30 minutes away by car or train. Bath, Cheltenham and Bristol are also within easy reach, making it an ideal spot for day trips.

House Rules
- No parties, smoking, or groups of guests under 25
- Two well-behaved dogs permitted (not on beds or upstairs)
- No EV charging using inside plug sockets
- Children must be supervised on steep stairs
- To help prevent moisture build-up and mould, please ensure bathrooms are properly ventilated after showering. Please leave the bathroom window slightly open (on the latch) for approximately 30 minutes.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- We require guests to provide a valid ID and a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Additional Fees
- Pets are welcome at an additional price of £25 per pet per night up to a maximum of 2 pets.
