This spacious apartment is perfect for families or groups. It features three bedrooms with double beds, a comfortable living area with a smart television, and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area seats six, and there are two and a half bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a private terrace and courtyard. The home includes underfloor heating, central cooling in main areas, linens, towels, and wireless internet.



Guest Access:

● Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all the communal areas.

● The property is on the ground floor and spread down to the lower -1 level. There is no lift available.

● There are 2 flights of stairs within the property. For families with children, a gate can be provided upon request.

Check-in Information:

● Guests can check in with the concierge from 3 PM - 5 PM on weekdays.



● Outside these hours and on weekends, a JOIVY employee will welcome you to the property, give you a tour, and provide keys.



Late Check-in Fees

10 PM to 12 AM: £40

After 12 AM: £50

In addition, a £20 fee will be due if you arrive 2 hours after the agreed check-in time.
