Great location! Easy walking distance to Rossio Train Station, short walk to the main plaza area, great restaurants and shops! There is an elevator/lift in the building which made the 4th floor much easier to access. The security is excellent but we never felt unsafe. There are bars and restaurants within steps, which was convenient. The outdoor 'Garden' across the street was a great place to go for drinks and light fare. Noise was not a problem for us, we didn't have any street noise late at night. We were there Mon-Thurs. The hosts were wonderful to work with and were very responsive. There was a trick to opening the door (the only reason for 4 stars on check in) and once we figured it out, it worked perfectly. Would highly recommend as a central location for visiting Lisbon.
