The apartment is located in an elegant building and stands out from the first glance for its attention to detail and harmonious spaces. Recently completely renovated, it is furnished with contemporary taste and functionality, while maintaining some distinctive Florentine features, such as parquet floors and exposed beam ceilings, which lend warmth and character to the space.

The apartment features two double bedrooms, both elegantly and simply furnished, designed to ensure maximum relaxation. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower, offering extra privacy and comfort. The second bathroom, also with shower, serves the other rooms.

Another highlight of the property is undoubtedly the private terrace, a private and quiet outdoor space where you can enjoy the view of part of the Duomo dome and the top of Giotto's Bell Tower: a perfect spot for a sunset aperitif or an al fresco breakfast. The house also offers a view of the historic Orti Oricellari garden, adding a touch of greenery and tranquility to city life.

The property is in a great location. It is walking distance to all the sites and museums, many restaurants and stores, and the train station. It was a good size for the entire family. The only recommendation is the 2 bedroom air conditioners need to be upgraded as they barely cooled the bedrooms.

It was tricky connecting with the host to get keys to the apartment because we didn't know exactly when we were going to get into Florence, so we wound up having to wait for about an hour to actually get into the apartment. The apartment itself was updated and clean. The building entry and stairwell was filthy with several dead roaches throughout. We didn't have any luck getting the air conditioning to work. The washing machine was a nice perk, but after using it, we didn't have any more water in the apartment for several hours. The location close to the train station was a big plus. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wouldn't be my first choice if I returned to Florence in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the wait at check-in and the difficulty coordinating your arrival time. We always ask several times for the estimated arrival time in advance so we can organize everything as smoothly as possible, but we understand that travel plans can change. Regarding the building conditions, please note that this is a shared condominium and is not managed by us. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. W We’re glad you appreciated the apartment itself and its convenient location.
