This lovely modern Sea View apartment, in a quiet and peacful location, with a large balcony overlooking the stunning mountains and open sea views, is a delight to the eyes and senses for enjoying your holiday in this beautiful area.
With 3 bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with patio doors leading out to the large balcony, sea views, and a good sized bathroom with walk in shower, a queen sized bed, and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and good wardrobe space. Then you have the small 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, 2 singles, and wardrobes.
The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped including a dishwasher and electric hob cooker. Full sized fridge freezer, and ample utilities.
Having two bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one being en-suite to the master bedroom.
The lounge is an ample size full of light from the full size patio doors leading out to the large partially covered balcony. Here you have a dining table and chairs for six people. Two large leather sofas, good sized TV, and a display cabinet where you have a large selection of wine and drinking glasses.
On the large balcony, which is partially covered providing plenty of shade in the summer months, and protection for sitting outside during the winter months. There is a comfy lounge seating area for relaxing, a table and chairs for outdoor dining, sunbeds for sunbathing, and a gas BBQ too to enjoy al fresco cooking, making this a perfect and private area for all your holiday wishes.
