Enjoying an elevated position situated in the popular St Nicholas Court complex on Porthmeor beach this loft style apartment enjoys sea views across the bay of St Ives, Porthmeor Beach and Godrevy and a terrace to enjoy alfresco dining.



48 St Nicholas Court is on one level throughout. The entrance hall from the patio takes you through to a spacious open plan apartment with a well equipped kitchen comprising of an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The lounge/dining area with views over the bay has a 5ft sofa bed, TV, DVD player. The main bedroom with access to the patio has a 5ft bed and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is a laundry room on site.


Heating: Electric controllable radiators throughout.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. There is a laundry room available on site. (additional charge for guests). WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 48 (approx 15ft L x 6ft 8in W) - access to car doors can be difficult.
