- Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Dogs must be vaccinated. Cats are also welcome

- Enclosed garden with patio area and outdoor furniture

- Ample private parking

- Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile, beach 21 miles

- Special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries can be catered for – please arrange directly with the owner

- A seat for the shower is available on request
