This is our 2nd stay at Seymour Cottage, and not the last. Patio area has been opened up since last
Lovely nautical theme throughout, very tastefully renovated.
Lovely Cottage by the Broards.
Excellent holiday home fulfilled all our needs. Ideally situated close to the water, two Pubs, a Restaurant and the Village Shop. The Patio by the bedroom is an added bonus and a lovely sun trap. The Owner Mrs. O'Shea is most helpful with directions and places to visit. We hope to return in the future.
Pretty location and well equipped.
Seymour cottage is in a great location - pretty village and centrally located for travelling around. The cottage is well equipped (no DVDS however and don’t forget to bring extra toilet paper). It is well decorated inside. Parking is tight if you have a larger car than our Peugeot 308 although there is parking available elsewhere. The owner responds quickly to questions and provides useful information which definitely helped make our trip more exciting for our children. We would recommend staying at Seymour Cottage.
Had a great time here, Cottage was great and located right in the center. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely gorgeous bijou cottage in the beautiful village of Horning
Felt at home as soon as I walked in. The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated with comfortable sofas and comfortable beds. Everything you need for a stay in The Broads is at hand. I especially loved the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or eating out. The village has excellent restaurants and pubs and has some lovely little shops. Really enjoyed my stay.
Great little cottage !
Ruth was really very helpful with the booking and the cottage was perfect for accommodating my family when they came to visit me in Horning.
With its cottages and shops grouped around the village green beside the staithe and its three Riverside Inns, Horning on the River Bure is one of the prettiest and most popular villages on the Norfolk Broads. It is centrally located for the whole of the Norfolk Broads where you can enjoy boating, fishing, nature trails and glorious scenery. The nearby historic cathedral city of Norwich has an interesting castle, alley-ways to explore, museums, theatres, restaurants, night life and great shopping. Less than 10 miles away are the beautiful sandy beaches of the Norfolk Coastline where with so many miles of sand a secluded spot can always be found! At one of these spots In Winter you can see the baby seals being born on the beach
Other Activities: boating, beaches, gardens, craft shops, tea rooms, leisure centre
Golf: Golf at nearby Sprowston Manor Hotel, approximately 5 miles away
