About this property
44 High Street - stunning house central St Davids
44 High Street is a wonderful holiday home that sleeps 8 people and 1 / 2 dogs - located in the heart of St David's, Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Set in the centre of this bustling tiny city, its shops, galleries, restaurants, pubs and the Pembrokeshire coast path are just metres from your door.
Fully renovated throughout, the house retains all its original charm with wooden beams, exposed stone walls and feature fire places, it is furnished in a stylish mix of antique pieces with a modern twist and an abundance of artworks.
The hallway which gives plenty of space for coats and walking boots leads to the lounge/dining area with its wonderful wooden floor, cosy sofas and a new wood burning stove ensuring lovely cosy evenings.
Double doors open through to the brand new, well-equipped, modern kitchen, allowing you to enjoy open plan living. Stairs from the lounge lead to the characterful double and twin bedrooms above, with a king and another twin on the top floor nestling in the eaves. Two bathrooms with showers, washbasins and toilets are located in the first floor with a further bathroom with bath on the top floor.
A French door leads out to the rear courtyard with steps up to a raised slate paved patio, a lovely spot to enjoy an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening and gives easy access to the rear parking.
Guests have full access to the entire house and rear patio. There is off road parking space for 1 car at the rear of the house. Ample parking for additional cars can also be found on the road at the back of the property.
I am available for any questions via mobile / text / email regarding the house or the surrounding area. If guests have a problem that requires immediate attention, please contact me directly. Thanks!
