Located in the center of the Marais, 3 minutes from The HOTEL De VILLE, a stone's throw from rue Vieille du Temple and rue des Rosiers, its shops, cafes and restaurants, and Beaubourg

Amazing location, just 1 block away from the Metro station St Paul line 1. Surrounded by cafe's, bars, shops, everything. Could be noise at night, but is the price for been at the heart of the city.

We had a family of four - it was tight but manageable. Such a great location with groceries, cafes and transit just nearby. Tons of restaurants and shopping to explore and close to Notre Dame as well. Read the check in instructions well and review the photos - that was a little confusing. But otherwise a great stay. Hosts are very communicative about the day before the stay but not before. But very helpful during your stay.

The unit is small, but depicted accurately. We are a family of four and stayed in the unit for six days. I have only one suggestion. It is known that the unit is not air conditioned but the four portable fans in the unit were weak and tiny and not up to the job for the 95f heat wave. Add one more strong fan and move this to a five star for July and August renters (and include this info in the listing). The location was excellent. I would return as, all considered, it was a good value. Having a washing machine was very helpful.

The property is advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment. It is a studio with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is small and could not accommodate 4 people. There is very limited storage with one half of the wardrobe taken up with cleaning products and the other with linen. There is no air conditioning so when it is hot you are reliant on small fans which just circulate the hot air. We booked for 2. Nights but had to leave after one night. Probably ok if you’re travelling in the winter months.

Overall it was a pretty average experience. Most of the issues were communication. I asked for an early check-in and didn't get a reply from the host. When we did receive instructions the code didn't work to the lock box. They didn't reply to our calls and so we had to call 5 times. They finally got us our code. The details of the apartment were a bit off. Couch was a bit rougher than in the photos; the bathroom door didn't shut all the way; and small details of the artment made it feel a little unfinished. When I asked the host for check-out instructions I didn't receive a reply until after we left. The location was nice. It was right by the tram and lots of great places to eat and visit right around our neighborhood.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon at the prescribed time of 4:00 p.m. It took us 5 hours to finally gain entry to our apartment. We contacted a fictitious “Mr Fretty”, as instructed, and the call rang out every time.Communication with us should have been direct and only through Stayz. We did not ask to be redirected to Belvilla with whom we had had no contact.Apparently we were sent check in details through another provider “Prestige Studio…” As we don’t open emails from unknown sources we didn’t see it.All “help line” services seemed to pass the buck from one to another. We were at the point of having to book a hotel to have somewhere to sleep when we were finally provided with check in details. This process took 5 hours and was very stressful for us.

Due to the heat the apartment is oppressive. Even with 5 fans you could not sleep. Further this is advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment. It isn’t. It’s a small studio with a double bed and a sofa bed. Limited storage in fact the wardrobe was broken and held laundry etc. wokk uk la not recommend I the summer months. We only spent 1 night and had to leave and pay for a hotel with air conditioning.
