The villa is detached and arranged over two levels. Upon entering, you access directly the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located, consisting of three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, served by two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. On the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, there is the living area with a spacious living room, the kitchen, the dining area and a guest bathroom. The house is furnished with taste, with particular attention to functionality. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining and for enjoying relaxing moments. The property is equipped with air conditioning only on the upper floor in the sleeping area, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, TV and Wi-Fi connection. The villa is not available for groups of young people. Pets are accepted on request.
