Two sister villas on the sand with private infinity pools, exclusive beach sunbeds & umbrellas, daily housekeeping, and a light gym setup. Sleeps up to 22 in total.



The Space:

A calm, contemporary beachfront hideaway made for easy group living. Each villa opens to wide sea views and furnished verandas, with breezy indoor–outdoor flow for laid-back days by the water. Families, couples traveling together, and friends can spread out between the two standalone homes while staying side-by-side.



Outdoors

Direct beach access with exclusive sunbeds & umbrellas, two freshwater infinity-edge pools (approx. 55 m² each), shaded pavilions, outdoor dining (pergola and BBQ zone), outdoor showers, and plenty of loungers for the whole group.



Indoors

Open-plan living/dining in each villa (indoor tables ~8 seats), fully equipped kitchens (fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils), smart TVs with streaming, blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi, and AC/heating throughout.

Two independent villas (North & South) rented together or separately; combined capacity up to 22 guests across multiple bedrooms. Configuration suited to families and mixed groups. (Ask if you need the exact bedroom map per villa.)

Beachfront pocket on Naxos’ north coast with easy sea access and a relaxed, low-key vibe. Cafés, tavernas, and island staples are a short drive; the island’s long sandy beaches and water sports spots are close by.



Getting Around:

Car recommended for exploring the island; private parking on site. Transfers and car hire available on request.

Refundable security deposit: €700 per reservation (held and returned per house policy).

Greece: Climate Resilience Fee collected on arrival — €15/night Apr–Oct; €4/night Nov–Mar.
