Dots is a unique East Wittering beach front property, offering sleeping accommodation for 11 guests in 6 bedrooms. Recently completely renovated but without altering the quirky, 1970's design, Dots is a great holiday home for family groups.

Dots has six bedrooms comprising of:
Bedroom 1: Twin beds (ground floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (ground floor)
Bedroom 3: King size bed (ground floor)
Bedroom 4: King size bed (first floor)
Bedroom 5: Twin beds (first floor) B
Bedroom 6: Single bed (ground floor)

The upstairs beach-facing kingsize bedroom offers fabulous views out to sea. With windows a large corner window on two sides of the room, the view is almost panoramic as you lie in bed gazing out to sea. Over the landing is a garden facing twin room and both upstairs rooms share use of the modern shower room in between.

Downstairs there are four further bedrooms. A kingsize, queen, twin and single room. The queen and twin rooms face the rear garden and the other two rooms have interior windows which look out into the sitting room, but have complete privacy with slatted shutters. All the downstairs room share a modern shower room and additional WC.

The open plan L-shaped kitchen / dining / living area is light and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the dining area enjoys sea views from the table and the living area is fitted with an enormous L-Shaped sofa, large enough for all 11 guests to sit on. Sliding doors the full width of the living area lead out onto a small beach-facing lawned garden and the beach beyond.

The rear garden is simple but spacious and entirely lawned, perfect for games and running around with the children. The rear garden also has the added bonus of a large wooden games room at the end, wth table tennis, drinks fridge, soft seating and separate WC. It is a great second space if separating children from adults or husbands from wives is required. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

Dots is a fabulous house for some seaside family fun, whatever the season.
