Indoors are comfortable modern furnishings with a smart TV, a well -equipped kitchen and a double sink vanity bathroom that includes a washer dryer.
There are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The twin bedroom has the ability to convert the twin beds to a king bed.
A spacious deck offers an extended living area with outdoor modular sectional furniture. A gas barbecue is off the deck and easily accessible.

Turner and Rosemary have been long time residence of southern California. We enjoyed raising our children and now have our time. We loved Lopez and go as many times a year as we can. We love the winter with its crisp clear skies, random light snow falls, and the freshness the rain brings.
Why they chose this property
We found Lopez Island through friends who have owned a vacation home on the island for over 20 years. We came for a visit and fell in love, so much so we bought our own vacation home. Roseberry Cottage was named after a young free spirited girl that thought my name was Roseberry. When she found out my name was Rosemary she was upset. I told her I loved the name Roseberry so much that one day I would name a home Roseberry. This is how our sweet cottage was named. We spent our vacation time putting our touches on the home along with the local talent. We realized how much we loved our special place and we want others to feel the same way. We enjoy sharing our home with those who share our love of the island and how amazing it can make you feel. This is a special place.
