The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

The separate bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a plush double bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The tasteful décor throughout the apartment enhances the modern ambiance, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom features a refreshing shower, a heated towel rack, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment also includes a washer, allowing you to keep your wardrobe fresh during your stay. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, the thoughtful layout and practical amenities ensure a comfortable experience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment close to Porto’s historic center, ideal for exploring the city on foot. Guests can easily visit Bolhão Market, Rua de Santa Catarina, São Bento Station, and the Ribeira riverside. Surrounded by local cafés, shops, and excellent transport links, it’s a great base for experiencing Porto’s culture and vibrant city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento (line XXX), is just a 14-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
