Set within the peaceful hamlet of Wigbeth, this attractive single-storey barn conversion forms part of a private courtyard of four cottages. Ideally positioned for exploring the surrounding area, it provides a comfortable and stylish base from which to enjoy both countryside and coast.
The property is accessed via a shared courtyard garden to the front, with a private entrance leading into a light-filled open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This impressive space features a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a central island, creating a sociable and welcoming atmosphere.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Opposite, the lounge area offers comfortable seating and an internet only TV for relaxed evenings in. There are two beautifully presented bedrooms: a stylish king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower open to the room and a separate WC, and a second king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with its own en-suite shower room and WC.
Bi-fold doors open directly from the kitchen onto a fully enclosed courtyard, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. Guests also have access to a shared paddock, ideal for picnics or dog walking. Off-road parking is available for one car, with a second space usually available on request.
The property is ideally located for discovering local attractions including Wimborne Minster, Badbury Rings, Moors Valley Country Park and the New Forest National Park. With the Dorset–Hampshire border and the scenic Cranborne Chase close by, the area is perfect for walking, cycling and other outdoor pursuits. For shops, cafés and everyday amenities, the market towns of Wimborne and Ringwood are within easy reach, while the sandy beaches of Poole and Bournemouth lie just 11.5 and 11 miles away respectively.
