Quiet location for local exploring

This property is conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac, allowing for easy exploring of the Holland beaches and downtown. Rich was very communicative and available if we had any questions.

Property is a good location to the beach and down town is close by.Rich has very thing you need for your he stay. He also check to make sure that everything is okay.Also a nice touch he left a bottle of Mi wine and chocolate!Great place for a family!

A Very Thoughtful Host

The house has everything you'll need for a comfy stay. It was immaculate when we arrived, Rich even called to say we could get in early. He was friendly and wanted us to enjoy ourselves. I enjoyed a lot of the artwork, was tempted to liberate a painting in the living room, but restrained myself :) Book with confidence!

2021 family vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to finally be together again in one place. The house was great, clean and all the amenities that we needed. The location was quite and a nice neighborhood. Close to everything and everywhere we wanted.

Family friendly

Sufficient space overall and reasonably equipped kitchen. Back yard is large and inviting for outdoor eating and activity. A schedule for sprinklers would have been helpful.

Cozy & Close to Beach

We enjoyed our week very much! Well stocked kitchen. Downstairs recreation area had an awesome TV, pool table- fun for kids. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs and toys.

Holland Get Away

We highly recommend this rental! Rich was a super helpful host. The house is clean, spacious & in a great location. We had numerous beach options and grocery stores nearby. There were plenty of food options & ice cream shops if you are looking to go out and not drive far. The house contained everything we needed for our stay. We used the patio and grill often. The kids loved the backyard to play in. This was a super fun experience for all of us!

Great location with small extras

This property was in a great location. It was so close to the beach, downtown , and area attractions . The house was clean and the manager was easy to reach when needed. Lots of little extras like board games, books, movies, outside games, coffee, fruit, stocked kitchen for cooking, and everything you needed for bedding and bath. Basement was fun for pool and playing games , but wouldn't recommend the basement bedroom for children. Would definitely recommend this property.

The home was within walking/ biking distance to Holland State Park. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Home was comfortable and owner provided many extras we have not typically seen in other Holland rentals. We will be back next summer.

Rich is very accommodating... nice touch with fruit basket... all essentials provided including conventional coffee maker and Keurig… so bring your K-cups... owner provided a few but you can't expect that for a platoon of java junkies. Plenty of TP and trash bags. We had weather that kept us indoors so the board games provided were ideal. Accommodations were common however clean and functional. Owner didn't bug us and I've heard of no concerns. I would recommend this unit... thanks for the golf course tip Rich and the whole family spoke of you as if we actually knew you... "Oh, this must be Rich's chair"... Ron Butts

Excellent family vacation!

Rich was a great landlord. I never met him but if I had a question he answered me right away. The place is in great shape and comfortably housed myself, my wife, our two kids, my mom, and my brother and sister-in-law. We even used the fire pit out back. The location is tops - it is quiet and unassuming, but we are right in between downtown Holland, box retailers, and the beach. It was a five-minute drive to anywhere. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend this property and this landlord to anyone. He even put a multi-USB universal charger in the front room with cables and the wi-fi is fast. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Way more than i expected!

I would definitely recommend staying here. The place was very clean and accommodating. The owner thought of just about everything. So much better than staying in a hotel. Very quiet neighborhood. The house is on a dead end street. It really felt like staying at a family members house. I can't wait to come back and stay when I'm in the area. Thanks again for being so kind to my wife and I.
