Island House, a reverse-level house over three floors, consists of a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and boiling water tap, a lower-ground utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area, and a sitting area with a Juliette balcony and TV. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room, a second king-size, a double with en-suite shower room, and a twin with day bed trundle, serviced by a bathroom and a ground-floor Jack-and-Jill shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with decking, patio and furniture, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop, pub and river within 0.1 miles and a beach within 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Island House is a wonderful base for exploring Aberaeron and the surrounding coast. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 450 GBP

Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
