Situated just along from our family croft. Walks right on your door step along the Caledonian Canal. Star gaze at night without any light pollution, and on a clear day you can see the amazing views of Ben Nevis and Aonach Mòr mountains

Being a host is all new to me and my partner. The Lodge has been run for the last 15+ years by my partners family, and with us now having a little one, we were looking for a better family life, which meant me leaving my full time job with NHS to be home a lot more and have the Hawthorn to run instead.

The croft where the lodge it situated, has been in the family for 7 generations.

Along the road you may see some of our sheep and also our little family of cows, unless they are away galivanting up the hills.
