Villa Nicola is an impressive 6 bedroom villa situated at the foot of the charming village of Peyia with a picturesque mountain backdrop. Coral Bay Resort is only a 5 minute walk away with water sports, a splendid beach and an array of local tavernas and restaurants to choose from. Back at the villa, enjoy a refreshing dip in the large pool or just unwind on the ample sun terrace. Later, why not cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ and retire to the covered terrace to enjoy the wonderful sunsets each evening. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Nicola is situated within a 5 minute walk from the centre of Coral Bay resort, nestled in the beautiful foothills of Peyia village. It’s a wonderful location with the best of both worlds - close to the lively Coral Bay with a Blue Flag beach and just 5 minutes’ drive from the traditional village of Peyia. The village has authentic tavernas and local restaurants to tempt you. If you enjoy exploring, then Paphos Old Town is only a 20 minute drive or bus ride away. Here there is something for everyone to enjoy - historical buildings, souvenir shops, tavernas and a picturesque harbour.
