With 250 m², 6 bedrooms and a unique natural setting, it is the ideal place for those seeking tranquillity, privacy and comfort in the heart of nature, without giving up the proximity of services and emblematic towns of the Costa del Sol.



The property offers spacious rooms, open views of the mountain and a large private garden where you can relax outdoors. It features a 100 m² terrace, private swimming pool surrounded by green areas, fully equipped barbecue and outdoor spaces designed to disconnect and share moments in group.



Inside, you will enjoy a comfortable and bright accommodation with air conditioning throughout the house, 3 fireplaces, WiFi, Smart TV, mosquito nets, fans, and a security alarm. The kitchen, modern and complete, has a dishwasher, two ovens, two refrigerators, two induction hobs, microwave, and all the necessary utensils for long stays.



The farm is located in an ideal rural area for families, very close to natural landscapes such as Río Grande, Barranco Blanco or the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. In addition, you will have Coín just 8 km away, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and services. The beaches of Fuengirola, Marbella and Mijas are just 30-35 km away, which makes this house a perfect spot to combine nature, relaxation and tourism.
