Tenuta Manfredi is a complex of trulli with swimming pool and large garden, for rent for vacations in the most authentic Puglia, in the area of Francavilla Fontana.
The estate is equipped with accessories that make your vacation even more comfortable: wi-fi internet, hair dryer, smart TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc.
In addition to the beautiful swimming pool with solarium, the garden is equipped with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and relaxation areas.

An
ancient and original complex of two adjoining trulli has given birth to
the charming and authentic Tenuta Manfredi, a place where time seems to
stand still and where the foliage of the olive trees still act as a
unique and privileged landscape.
In the large garden, a modern salt infinity pool makes the property a cozy abode for vacations under the sign of nature and relaxation.
The patio around the pool is made of travertine.
Next to the pool is the covered outdoor dining area, equipped with kitchen, induction hob, sink and TV.
The two trulli that form Tenuta Manfredi are independent of each other, with separate entrances.
There are 2 double bedrooms in each trullo, for a total of bedrooms. There is also a lovely indoor cooking area.
The completely renovated estate offers a relaxing, exclusive stay in total privacy.

Manfredi lies in the heart of Puglia, immersed in olive groves north of
the beautiful town of Francavilla Fontana, among the most authentic
areas of Puglia where you can spend your vacations.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the city center, where all the main services are present.
The location is also perfect for exploring the Valle d`Itria and its most beautiful villages.
The nearest airport is Brindisi Casale airport about 35 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Salt pool available from May to October. 
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 100, payable on-site.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
