Villa Maria Del Mar enjoys a superb location, just a 10 minute walk from the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Calan Porter. The resort is known for its large, sandy bay and the famous Cova d’en Xoroi, both within a 15 minute walk. This lovely 3 bedroom villa features a private swimming pool, BBQ and a covered terrace ideal for alfresco dining. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Maria Del Mar is well located in Calan Porter, with the resort centre, offering a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, just a 10 minute walk away. The sandy Cala en Porter beach is a few minutes further on foot, and the famous Cova d’en Xoroi, set in the cliffside with views over the Mediterranean, can be reached in about 15 minutes’ walk. For more to see and do, Calas Coves, a series of scenic small coves and caves along the coast, is around a 10 minute drive, while the Talayotic archaeological site of Torre d’en Galmés is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the villa. The island capital, Mahon, with its museums, shops and harbour‑side cafes, is about 35 minutes’ drive away.
