Located in a peaceful residential area and only a short 400mt walk to the beach, the apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a bright living area equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a lovely furnished balcony. The property can accommodate up to five guests. It features a TV-sat, a safe, and A/C is available at an extra daily cost (check below). The residence also includes one dedicated parking space for each apartment and offers peaceful communal areas with picnic tables and benches, as well as a small playground for younger guests. Please note, there is no lift in the building.
