Please note that the apartment is located on 3rd floor WITHOUT elevator. The apartment has ONE toilet, NOT 3 (the shower rooms do not have toilets, there is only one separate toilet).

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):

4pm – 8pm: 50€

8pm – 10pm: 75€

10pm – 12am: 100€

12am – 1am: 150€

After 1am: 200€

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.





Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
