Set between Cecina and Bolgheri, just 3 km from the sea and the facilities of Bau Beach, this elegant 40 m² studio apartment is decorated with gusto and attention to detail, offering a cozy and functional living space. Enjoy peaceful nights in the comfortable French bed, suitable for two people. The fully equipped kitchen, with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and other appliances, allows you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy indoors or on the patio surrounded by greenery. In the private, fully fenced garden at your disposal, you will find a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. Take a dip in the swimming pool (15x6), a true oasis of peace surrounded by olive trees. Zauberhaftes kleines Cottage zwischen Olivenbäumen, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Große überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und Zugang zum tollen Pool der Familie, der jederzeit mit genutzt werden kann. Besonders herzliche, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Aufgrund der Lage außerhalb des Ortes ist ein Pkw erforderlich. Guter Standort für Ausflüge ans Meer, in die Berge, Städte oder Weingüter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Dit is een absolute aanrader, de eigenaren zijn fantastisch lieve mensen die je zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Daarbij ook nog een prachtig zwembad in hun eigen boomgaard maakt het helemaal compleet. Het vrijstaande huisje is perfect ingericht en van alle denkbare gemakken voorzien. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug, het was een superleuk verblijf.
