I’m recently retired so have begun to travel a lot more which is why I decided to make my home available to holidaymakers.
Why they chose this property
When I retired I sold my house in Portobello and decided to move to Stoneybatter as it’s right in the middle of the city. The location has everything, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pubs. An Independent art house cinema a 4 min walk plus right next to Smithfield Square. A quiet side
Street in the thick of the action. Really central with great public transport on the doorstep. Perfect place to live plus ideal for tourists.

What makes this property unique
It’s very central, surrounded by tourists attractions, Guinness and Jameson are minutes away yet the apartment is on a quiet side street. Plus it was just totally renovated in December 2025 to be my home.
