Our home is a cosy practical and well arranged flat on the fourth floor of a beautiful old building, but which also means it doesn't have a lift. The building has a shared rooftop which is rarely used, with a direct view over the British museum, which is a one minute walk from our flat.

Our home is in Bloomsbury, in the centre of London, 5-10 mins walk from the main tourist attractions: Seven dials, Covent Garden, Oxford street, Leicester Square,..
The closest tube stations are Holborn and Tottenham court road (5 mins walk), with a direct line to Heathrow airport (30 mins with the Elisabeth line).
King's Cross Saint Pancras station (for the Eurostar) is 2 stops away (on the Piccadilly line from Holborn), or a 25 mins walk.
Farringdon station is a short bus ride away (or 25 mins walk) and has direct train connections to Gatwick airport and Luton airport.
