PETS
We welcome friendly canine companions, up to one per stay (if booked in advance and you agree to our Pet Policy). As we have farm animals on site, your poochy pals must be kept on a lead at all times on the farm so both our farm animals, and your pet, are all kept safe and can co-exist peacefully.
⸻
ELSEWHERE ON THE FARM
The farm has recently changed hands. We live on-site and also run health & wellness and creative themed extended stays in our Farmhouse and courtyard of cottages, which are located around the corner of Orchard and Searles cottages. You may see us, and other friendly people around and about on the farm. For any previous Tredethick Farm Cottage guests, please note that we no longer operate a soft play barn, games room or any specific animal experiences (although you're most welcome to go and say hello in your own time), as we're moving our focus to health & wellness in Tredethick's new chapter.
With love from your hosts, Zoë & Yello 🩷 💛

About the host
Hosted by Zoë Nattress
My partner Yello and I run …aaand relax, offering restorative holiday stays and hosting community events. I love yoga, Pilates, lifting weights and long countryside walks, and I get a lot of joy from caring for animals and being creative. You’ll usually find me with a giant mug in hand filled with tea or ceremonial-grade cacao. We’re moving onto the farm in January 2026, and we’re really excited to step into this new way of living!
Why they chose this property
We’re located in Lostwithiel, one of Cornwall’s most vibrant communities.
The idyllic countryside and sense of tranquillity make it seem as if you’re in the middle of nowhere. Yet you’re actually close to many of Cornwall’s finest attractions – and perfectly placed between the contrasting delights of the north and south coasts.
Take a walk into Lostwithiel to experience the lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Or enjoy a beautiful 20-min drive to stunning beaches and local attractions such as the Eden Project, Camel Trail, Fowey, Cardinham Woods and much more!

What makes this property unique
The Farm is a place where space, nature and simple pleasures come together in a way that’s increasingly rare. Set across 80 acres of rolling countryside, woodland and meadows, the farm offers guests the freedom to slow down, explore and truly switch off.
Wander woodland trails that weave over bridges and alongside streams, spot wildlife along the way, or simply enjoy the sense of openness that comes from being surrounded by land in every direction. Friendly farm animals add a joyful rhythm to daily life here.
There are plenty of ways to relax and recharge. Guests can unwind in the hot tub garden, swim in the indoor pool while looking out over countryside views, or sit quietly and watch the landscape change throughout the day. For families, the play park offers space for kids to play freely while adults relax and take in the scenery.
Despite its peaceful, rural setting, the farm is wonderfully connected. A scenic walk leads directly into Lostwithiel, with its independent shops, cafés and historic charm, meaning guests can enjoy both seclusion and village life in one stay.
What makes our farm truly special is this balance: space and comfort, nature and connection, relaxation and gentle adventure - all wrapped up in a setting that feels welcoming, restorative and full of life.
