When I arrived, the place was dirty. Dirty towel on the floor from what I assume is the previous person who stayed there. It is a terrible smell as well. I’m unsure if the ceiling is rotting or it’s just mildew. The shower would’ve drain properly so I was standing in my own dirty water. It’s a really bad odor and gnats. When I contacted the host. To try to get accommodation they rudely told me no. Refused to allow me to get my money back for the 4/5 nights that I no longer was at this place. I had to contact my bank. I will never recommend this place to anyone & I will also never use Vrbo again. They told me it was “up to the host” to return my money. What type of craziness is that!!? I booked on the big A app and found a CLEAN safe place. Do NOT stay here. Also in an unsafe looking neighborhood.
