It is just 2,5 km away from the town beaches of Georgioupoli, and only 5 km from famous Lake Kournas.
Construction of the villa was finished in January 2026, and the villa offers a scenic pool with panoramic views of the sea and the countryside. Inside, the villa has 3 floors and a total of 5 bedrooms: two on the first floor, two on the ground floor, and one on a lower floor that is just as comfortable and well equipped. A comfortable indoor dining area offers beautiful views of the pool, countryside, and the sea. There is also an outdoor area furnished for al fresco dining.
At the disposal of Villa Vasilissa guests: private garden; private pool (8 x 4 meters; depth 1,50 meters); 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; air conditioning; panoramic sea views; Wifi internet; parking.

Me and my friends had the most amazing stay at this villa. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of the local town and only a 30-minute taxi ride from Rethymno, which is beautiful during the day and has a fantastic nightlife. There were seven adults in our group, and the villa was the perfect size, with plenty of lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy. I’d definitely recommend hiring a car so you can explore more of the island during the day. Our host, Sifis, was amazing and was always available to answer any questions we had and make sure everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The pool and hot tub on property were a highlight, and the views were exceptional for both sunrise and sunset. The property is flanked by olive trees and beautiful foliage making our morning meals on the patio a peaceful and memorable start to each day. My mother is from Crete and this had been her first return visit to the island in 15 years, she is cannot stop talking about how lovely the accommodations were. The hosts were kind and checked-in via throughout the week to ensure we wanted for nothing. We have already recommended this location to several family and friends, and we plan to return to this location during our next visit :) 10/10 Experience!!

Perfect central location between Chania and Heraklion. We stayed with 5 adults and 3 children and everyone had everything they needed for a spectacular visit. The pool and hot tub on property were a highlight, and the views were exceptional for both sunrise and sunset.
