Elegant 105 sqm three-room apartment Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a stately building in Via Fratelli Bandiera, in the beating heart of Riccione, this spacious beachfront apartment is the ideal choice for those who do not want to give up comfort and privacy.
The apartment opens out to a large bright living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, microwave). The sleeping area is designed to ensure maximum comfort: it has two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with two single beds). with the two private bathrooms (en-suite) inside the rooms, both with showers, which guarantee exceptional privacy to all guests. The apartment also includes free WiFi, a washing machine, air conditioning, free toiletries, bed linen and towels, and on-site parking is available upon reservation.
You can also enjoy the property's garden and the beautiful pool in the common area.
