The newly renovated 86 m² holiday home sits right at the water’s edge – quite literally. It feels as if the sea is an extra member of the family, always present in the light, the wind, and the view from the spacious living area where kitchen and lounge blend together in an inviting setting.
The three bedrooms with seven beds provide space for both families and groups of friends. The bathroom is fresh and functional, ready for sandy feet and spontaneous swims.
The master bedroom offers a large double bed (180×200) and plenty of closet space.
The long, narrow bedroom has a 140×200 bed and a sofa bed that extends to 130×190, as well as storage space for unpacking.
The small room adjacent to the living room also has a large double bed 180*200.
The beach is so close that you may find yourself going for several swims a day simply because you can. The fine sand and shallow water make the area a paradise for children, while adults enjoy the luxury of being able to walk home in seconds.
The surrounding area has a special character. The kiosk/restaurant is just around the corner, and behind the house lies a meadow that turns into forest. A small path leads up to Skamlingsbanken, inviting calm walks, scenic views, and small excursions to the museum and restaurant. The landscape is peaceful, beautiful, and nature is always within reach.
The neighbourhood is safe and friendly, with year-round residents and a pleasant balance of tranquility and life. It’s easy to slip into the relaxed rhythm that makes holidays here something truly special.
All in all, it’s a holiday home where the freedom of the beach meets modern comfort – a place where you can’t help but breathe a little deeper.

Outside, the house is still a diamond in the rough. We look forward to gradually renovating the house, garden and terraces so the exterior will match the interior.
