Apartment Iolanda is a comfortable, clean and well-located first-floor apartment in the heart of Vilanova i la Geltrú. It’s not a luxury property, but it is thoughtfully maintained, nicely decorated, and ideal for guests who value space, practicality and location.



The apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area, with comfortable seating, a large TV and patio doors opening onto a small private terrace, perfect for outdoor meals or enjoying a glass of local Penedès wine. Board games are available for relaxed evenings at home.



The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for daily cooking, from quick breakfasts to family meals.



There are five bedrooms, ideal for families or groups, offering a mix of double, single and bunk beds. All rooms are clean and comfortable. The apartment has one main bathroom plus an additional outdoor toilet.



For comfort year-round, there is air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, ceiling fans in the other bedrooms, heating, and reliable WiFi, making it suitable for longer stays or remote work.

Vilanova i la Geltrú is a charming coastal city located in the province of Barcelona. It offers a wide variety of traditional festivities, cultural activities, and music and gastronomy festivals. Its rich maritime history is reflected in its museums, seafront promenade, and harbour. Strategically located just 45 minutes by train from Barcelona and Tarragona, Vilanova i la Geltrú is an ideal destination to relax and explore the beauty of the Costa Dorada.



-ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The apartment forms part of a quiet residential build. Guests must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.





Before booking please be aware that, to keep you and property safe, we require all guests to complete a short verification process.



The property owner also requires guests to pay a 300 € damage deposit which is returned 7 days after check out if there are no incidents.



In Catalunya all property owners are required to collect guest information and provide it to local police within 24 hours of check-in so please have your identity cards or passports ready.



All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1 per day per guest up to a maximum of €7 per guest.









-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.

No smoking in the apartment.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
