Villa Carolina is an elegant and modern holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and a privileged setting to enjoy Albufeira.



The living and dining area is spacious, bright and comfortable, with direct access to the outdoor area, creating an inviting atmosphere for social and relaxing moments throughout the day.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom en suite with a shower, as well as a shared bathroom supporting the social areas, ensuring convenience and functionality on this level.



The first floor features two double bedrooms, one en suite with a shower and the other en suite with a bathtub, offering comfort, privacy and a well balanced layout for all guests.



The kitchen is modern, practical and fully equipped, designed to make meal preparation easy during your stay.



Outside, the villa offers a pleasant poolside area with an outdoor dining space and barbecue, ideal for enjoying sunny days in a peaceful and private environment.



Villa Carolina is located close to the Albufeira Marina, beaches, restaurants, bars and shops, providing the perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to the main attractions of the region.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-In from 4pm / Check-Out until 10am.

Comfortable and Stylish Stay

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Carolina. The modern design and bright living areas made the space feel welcoming and relaxing. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for family dinners. We also booked a jeep safari tour, which was a fantastic Algarve experience.

Ideal Family Holiday

Villa Carolina exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having multiple en suites was extremely convenient. The pool area was lovely and very private. We also enjoyed dinner at Algarbe restaurant, which we highly recommend.

Perfect Location Near the Marina

The villa was in a great location, close to the marina and beaches but still peaceful and private. The layout worked perfectly for our group and the outdoor dining area was used every evening. We also arranged airport transfers, which made everything very easy for our family.

A Wonderful Algarve Experience
