Stunning golf and sea views from first floor bedrooms.

Open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining area. Outside seating area flows from the inside living area. Internal & External staircase down to the Salt Water Pool, sunbathing and eating area. (Mains Gas BBQ.) Master bedroom with Super King bed/ensuite shower room and second bedroom/ ensuite bath/shower room are located on the first floor and the third bedroom/shower room is off the main living area on the ground floor. Smart TV and WIFI. Desk and desk chair for working from home (with a pool view from the desk!)

Car parking on driveway to front of property.
