A simple and welcoming loft, on the raised ground floor, a stone's throw from Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, in the heart of the most authentic Venice.

The space is designed to be comfortable for two or three people: there is a double bed and a sofa bed for one more guest. The small kitchen is perfect for a slow breakfast or an easy dinner after a day wandering through alleys and bacari. The area is lively but quiet, full of true Venetian life: shops, bars, restaurants and everything you need are right outside. An excellent starting point for exploring the city on foot, without rushing. A practical, well-kept place with a distinctive personality, for those who want to feel at home in Venice right away.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, a rental contract will be filled out and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
