The villa Gwenva (or paradise blessed in Breton) has been completely renovated in 2011 - offers high quality services. Deliberately limited to 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with shower, a nice bath-de-suite bathroom, plus a mezzanine with sofa bed TV on the first floor, the villa offers a rare space on the ground floor, as well as an amazing view with large windows facing the sea. The open kitchen is fully equipped - Nespresso machine - and you will cook nicely; Do not miss the market in Carantec on Thursday morning! A washing machine and a dryer will allow you to avoid having to take too many things! Top quality bedding and soundproofing rooms - walls and doors, and electrical components make for extremely restful nights.
The villa is equipped with a TV (cable) broadband WIFI, stereo, DVD player, iPod decks, and a free phone for local calls.
Facing the sea, the swimming pool heated by a heat pump, open from April to October (29 ° in summer) enjoys the sun all day. The pool beds and garden furniture offer all the comfort. Several terraces have been designed to take advantage of the sun all the time.
Bicycles, ping pong and board games are available.
The garden is fully enclosed, allowing you to bring your favorite pets!

Séjour de rêves !!!

La maison est parfaite, extrêmement propre, moderne, bien équipée et déco sobre. Très lumineuse avec ses baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine et la mer, j'ai fait de très belles photos du lever du soleil en arrière plan de la piscine. La piscine est très bien entretenue, tout comme le jardin (entièrement clos, mon chihuahua a eu tout loisir de gambader !). Aucun vis à vis, calme et sérénité, un vrai petit coin de Paradis !!! De belles promenades à pieds sont à faire en partant de la maison. Il y a de nombreux points de vue dans la région, à Carantec, à Roscoff, à Morlaix (notamment le 1er étage du Viaduc : à voir !). Thalasso de Roscoff : très sympa les bains à remous à l'eau de mer. Je remercies le propriétaire Mr Hallet ainsi que Mme Bienvenue pour leur chaleureux accueil et leur sympathie. Vraiment je recommande cette superbe villa à tous les amoureux de la nature et de la photo (lumières, luminosité, couleur de la mer changeante selon la météo) et à tous ceux qui veulent passer de bonnes vacances en famille, en amoureux ou entre amis...nous ramenons de beaux souvenirs !!!
