Patio with garden furniture (shared with ref UK12652). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star. Please note: There is a walled river adjacent to the garden, which is across the lane.. Branthwaite Stable is a real gem, with everything you would expect to see in a traditional Lakeland cottage. It has been renovated to an excellent standard with a cosy wood burner, exposed stone walls, oak beams, bags of character and some antique furniture complimented with quality soft furnishings. The cottage benefits from a superb fellside location in ’John Peel country’, situated on the tranquil Caldbeck Fells with walks directly from the door and quiet country lanes ideal for cycling. The renowned village of Caldbeck is within 3 miles with pub, tea room and shops. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
Branthwaite Stable can be booked together with The Long Barn (UK1005) and The Hayloft (UK12652) to accommodate up to 10 guests.
