Casa di Maria welcomes guests to the heart of Castellammare del Golfo's historic center, nestled among quiet alleys and the scent of the sea wafting from the marina, just steps away. The house extends across two connected yet independent floors, offering the feeling of a single family home with the convenience of separate spaces, perfect for those traveling in groups and seeking privacy.On the ground floor, guests enter a bright and intimate living room, flanked by a quiet double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From here, they also access a small internal courtyard, a cozy spot where they can relax after a day at the beach or sip a morning coffee.Upstairs, the house opens into a welcoming kitchen living room, ideal for sharing meals and conversations. The entrance features a sitting area that leads to the internal staircase leading to the two double bedrooms upstairs, along with an additional bathroom. Each room is designed to offer comfort and independence, while maintaining the continuity of a shared home.The location, just a few meters from the marina and the seafront, allows you to experience Castellammare on foot, among restaurants, shops and views of the port that light up at sunset.

The structure is located in a limited traffic area which is free only from 2.00 to 12.00 (unless otherwise specified). It is advisable to check the signs before entering the area. Guests can park their car in front of the property only to unload luggage or shopping (in the hours indicated above). Tourist tax not included in the price, extra cost 1.50 per night per person for the first 6 nights. Late check in after 8.00 pm extra 30.00 to be paid upon arrival in cash Security deposit 200.00 to be paid 1 day before, will be paid within 1 day after check out except for damages. Only one small medium sized dog is allowed at an extra cost of 70.00 for the entire stay.
