Situated on the 1st floor of a 6-storey modern building, the bright and airy retreat features a well-thought-out, open-plan living space that opens onto a terrace. This space incorporates the kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart flatscreen TV and a fitted wardrobe. The kitchen features a breakfast bar for 2 and is fitted with a coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Outside guests can relax in the garden and enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace – the perfect place to savour a morning coffee, an evening aperitif, or bask in the sun with a good book.

There is a double sofa bed in the main living area.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom is fitted with a bidet, a shower, a washbasin and a WC.

Location

The apartment is located in a quiet location, approximately a 3-minute drive from Boca Beach Sanremo and one of the free beaches of Sanremo.

For culture and excellent family-run restaurants, guests can head to Sanemo’s old town, La Pigna (a 6-minute drive), a maze of caruggi (narrow alleys). Other places of note here include the Porticato de La Pigna, the Ariston Theatre (also a 6-minute drive), Casino di Sanremo (a 10-minute drive/25-minute walk) and the Russian Orthodox Church (a 4-minute drive/ 20-minute walk).

For cycling enthusiasts, the Ponente Ligure coastal cycle path (a 10-minute drive) offers breathtaking scenery. The route runs along the coast for 24 km, among maritime pines and beaches. It can be enjoyed on foot, by bike, rollerblades, or skateboard with refreshment points and bike rental services. For day trips, guests can consider several destinations on the Italian and French Rivieras, including Nice, Antibes, Grasse and Cannes.

The closest supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and the covered market in Piazza Eroi Sanremesi (open every day except Sunday) is a must-visit (a 6-minute drive). Here you can buy the best local olive oil, cheeses, wines, vegetables, and fruit to enjoy at home.

The nearest international airport is Nice Côte d\'Azur Airport, located about a 50-minute drive from the holiday apartment in Sanremo.
