Great time, great place, great host

My family and I just had a great time at this beautiful house in the south coast of Sardinia. The house has a direct access to a beautiful beach through a secure gate. The area is peaceful and at the same time very close to many areas with night life as well as stores. The guest was super nice, and readily available for questions and advices. Highly recommend !

Einfach herrlich!

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene, die für eine Woche dieses nette Haus mieten konnten. Alles war perfekt! Der direkte Strandzugang und dass man die Liegen inkl. Schirm vom benachbarten Hotel benutzen konnte, war genial. Silvia war sehr nett, danke!

Beautiful house and property near the beach

The house and property are very beautiful, the location on the beach is fantastic. There was enough space for 6 people. The property is spacious and covered with shady pine trees. There is a nice terrace with a large dining table. What's great is that you can use the beach furniture and pool from the neighboring hotel if you want. It was a wonderful stay, we would love to come back. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr schön, die Lage am Strand ist fantastisch. Es war genug Platz für 6 Personen. Das Grundstück ist großzügig und mit schattigen Pinien bewachsen. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit einem großen Esstisch. Toll ist, dass man die Strandmöbel und den Pool von dem benachbarten Hotel nutzen kann, wenn man möchte. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Villa Margherita verbracht. Das grosszügige Haus liegt in einem Schatten spendenden Pinienwald und hat ein einen direkten Zugang zum Sandstrand, der auch in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen ist. Sylvia, vielen lieben Dank für alles. Du bist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Le paradis existe !

Nous avons passé douze jours de bonheur dans un paradis, la maison est vraiment très confortable et bien équipé... Et ce jardin, où nous avons pu apprécier nos différents repas avec la vue sur la mer... L'accès à la plage se fait en dix pas. Un grand merci à Silvia pour sa gentillesse et sa proximité, qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes... Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute, très rapidement.

VACANZA RILASSANTE IN OTTIMA COMPAGNIA

Due settimane trascorse a Santa Margherita di Pula in una splendida villa con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia libera che è molto ampia e poco affollata, mare pulito e limpido. La casa offre ambienti molto ampi e ben arredati. Particolarmente curata la zona notte che come i bagni è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Tre i bagni e quattro le camere da letto di cui tre matrimoniali. Un grande salone con vista giardino e una comoda cucina, completano la zona giorno. La villa è immersa in una pineta che offre ombra e ristoro nelle ore più calde ed è proprio qui che si trova un angolo molto grande, attrezzato con tavolo e barbecue dove si può pranzare e cenare sentendo il rumore del mare che è davvero a pochi passi. È qui che abbiamo trascorso serate rilassanti in ottima compagnia. I grandi spazi esterni offrono ai bambini la possibilità di giocare in sicurezza. La vicinanza alla spiaggia che si trova oltre il cancello della casa, ha un valore aggiunto impagabile. Permette di essere indipendenti e di gestire gli orari in base alle proprie esigenze, senza limitare la libertà altrui. I proprietari inoltre mettono a disposizione ombrelloni, lettini e sdraio che si possono portare comodamente in spiaggia vista la vicinanza. Curato e molto bello il giardino che si trova ai lati del vialetto che conduce alla spiaggia. Sul muro di cinta ci sono delle finestre ad arco da cui si scorge il mare, una vista davvero rilassante! Bellissimi i colori del verde e dei fiori che si uniscono a quelli del mare che fa da sfondo. Supermercato, farmacia e paese sono raggiungibili in auto in pochi minuti così come la splendida spiaggia di Tuerredda. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari, in particolare la signora Silvia che ringraziamo per questa vacanza indimenticabile!

Villa pineta e spiaggia

Villa comoda e confortevole con nove posti letto e servizi come aria condizionata e lavastoviglie e lavatrici corrispondenti all'annuncio, quattro camere da letto tre bagni e ampio soggiorno, ottimo l'esterno situato in ampia proprietà in parte sotto la pineta, in parte in giardino ben curato e attrezzato da una rotonda con barbecue in muratura per mangiare all'aperto, lettini e sdraio in giardino e cancelletto che si apre direttamente sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia è attrezzata dall'albergo vicino e ospita gli inquilini della Villa a cui concede biancheria rinnovata settimanalmente, ottimo arrivare e trovare i letti già fatti e soprattutto l'acqua trasparente della Sardegna per bagni senza limiti di tempo
