- This home does not have air conditioning. Between May and September we will place fans in each room. This home accepts babies but does not accept toddlers, children or pets. This home accepts children above the age of eight on request. This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. The exercise equipment in this home's fitness room is available for experienced users. The bed in the primary bedroom is an emperor bed, measuring 200x200cm. The coffee machine pictured in the listing photos is not for guest use. A Nespresso pod machine will be in place for your stay. The piano is not for guest use. The AGA gas oven is not for guest use, however there are two induction hob rings and two gas hob rings to use, as well as an electric oven. There is scaffolding up on the exterior of this home that is expected to come down at the end of March 2026, however it is not guaranteed it will not be up longer.
