Great, friendly Neighbourhood. Free parking in driveway and street. 15 min walk to Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle. 30 min walk to Lincoln City Centre through the famous Steep Hill and Bailgate, passing amazing independent cafes, restaurants and shops. If you don’t feel like walking get a bus from in front of the house to bus station. 5 min drive (25 min walk) to County Hospital. Bishop university is 5 min walk away. 5 min walk to corner shop and 5 min drive to Tesco Extra.

The space
Large natural garden with a pond. Bright house, pictures don’t do it justice! Kitchen is ready for you to cook and serve your favourite meals. 100% cotton bedding and towels.

Guests can access the whole house except the Loft and the outer building. The garden is non-gated, and there is a pond in the centre of it.
