Casa Amahle is a beautiful Ibiza-style villa near El Portet Bay and La Arnella in Moraira, ideal for up to 5 guests. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and a spacious Mediterranean garden, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Perfectly located just a five-minute drive from the charming town centre of Moraira, Casa Amahle also enjoys an excellent position close to the idyllic El Portet Beach. This beautiful bay, with its inviting local restaurants, is only a pleasant 1.7 km walk away—ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Upon entering the house, you step into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area. The living room is comfortably furnished with a cosy sofa, lounge chair, Smart LG-TV and air conditioning, creating a relaxing space to unwind. Adjacent to this is the dining area, which has direct access to the large garden and pool area. The modern fully equipped open plan kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances features a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave/oven-combination, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, providing everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
From the living room, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. One bedroom has a double Scandinavian Jenssen boxspring bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and a wardrobe, a LG-TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom has one single bed a wardrobe and an LG-TV with XboX game-station. There is also a second main bathroom located in the hallway, fitted with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Outside, Casa Amahle truly shines with its very spacious, beautifully maintained garden and open views over the surrounding area, the Cap d’Or with it’s tower and even a small sea view of the El Portet bay. Guests can enjoy outdoor living to the fullest with a covered dining area and an outdoor ibiza style kitchen complete with a Weber gas barbecue and sink. The private swimming pool measures 8 by 4 meters and can be heated upon request (see details below). The outside shower is ideal for rinsing off after a sunny day at the beach. It is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. Next to the pool, an Ibiza style covered naya with two comfortable lounge sofas and a small fridge offer a lovely shaded spot with views over the pool and garden. In addition, a cozy daybed and extra lounge sofas are thoughtfully placed to ensure guests can fully enjoy the comfort and beauty of the surroundings.
The villa provides free high-speed optic fibre Wi-Fi throughout and has a private driveway with an electric driveway gate and remote control access. It offers ample secure parking space. A video intercom entry system allowing you to see and speak with visitors before granting access. Casa Amahle is a peaceful yet well-located holiday home, ideal for those looking to enjoy Moraira’s beaches, restaurants and relaxed lifestyle in comfort and style.
Pool heating:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 5 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 22:00, are prohibited at all times.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
5: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
