Waters Edge is one of those rare places that feels both far away from everything and close to all that you may need - and there, tucked into a peaceful corner of the lake, you’ll find Still Waters.



A calm, Scandinavian-inspired lakeside lodge made for slow mornings, sunset watching and time together. Sleeping six, with a hot tub, lake access and a kayak, it’s a place where the water sets the pace for your stay.



The Space:

Still Waters sleeps up to six guests across three spacious king-size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The ground-floor bedroom sits next to a walk-in shower, while upstairs you’ll find a generous ensuite bedroom plus a peaceful master suite with a private balcony overlooking the lake - a quiet spot for sunrise or sunset.



The open-plan living space includes a fireplace, dining for six, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals together. There’s also underfloor heating, a Sonos surround system, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an EV charger for guests to use.



Step outside, and the lake becomes part of your day. The main deck features a hot tub with expansive water views, outdoor dining, and a floating pontoon for wild swimming. A complimentary two-person kayak is available for you to enjoy, and paddleboards can be hired. Upstairs, a second balcony gives you a more private place to unwind.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire lodge to yourself, including the lakeside deck, pontoon, hot tub, kayak and balconies.



Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.



The property sits within a private, gated estate with parking on the driveway and an EV charger provided.



The Neighborhood:

Sitting on the peaceful, private Waters Edge Lake, a calm corner of the Cotswold Lakes surrounded by nature, walking trails and wildlife. You’re moments from South Cerney village, where you’ll find cosy pubs, cafés and essentials, and just a short drive from some of the most-loved Cotswold towns, lakes and country paths.



Getting Around:

It’s easy to explore from here. Cirencester is just 10 minutes by car, and Kemble Station is around 15 minutes away with direct trains to London. Heathrow and Bristol airports are close enough for simple travel, and fast access to the A419/A417 connects you quickly to the M4 and M5. Most essentials, eateries and lake activities are within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Still Waters sleeps up to six guests and includes a hot tub, a complimentary two-person kayak for exploring the lake, and paddleboards available to hire. There’s one step up into the property to be aware of, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting by keeping to quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. The lodge is pet-free, and smoking or parties aren’t permitted.
