It has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and a sofa bed, as well as 4 bathrooms (2 with shower, 1 with bathtub and 1 toilet), which guarantees comfort and privacy for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee makers (capsule, filter and Italian), toaster, kettle and juicer, perfect for enjoying family meals.



The interior offers air conditioning, gas heating, fireplace, WiFi, iron and 3 televisions with channels in several languages, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the building. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a financial penalty.



Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa throughout your stay.



Guests must be responsible for the waste generated, depositing it in the enabled containers or collection points before departure.



Responsible use of air conditioning and heating is required, and they must always be turned off whenever you are not inside the villa.



Excessively loud noises, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or disruptive behaviour from any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately evict all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to refund, and furthermore proceeding to retain the deposit.
