The sleeping area includes two spacious and welcoming double bedrooms; one can also be configured with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. There are two bathrooms, both with showers.

As an independent villa, the home enjoys excellent natural light throughout the day.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including front and rear gardens, private Jacuzzi, and double internal parking. There are no shared spaces.

From the rear garden there is direct access to a private park managed by the Municipality of Otranto, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

The house is entirely for private use to guarantee maximum freedom and tranquility during your stay.
