Casa Katha is a renovated and welcoming apartment that tells the ancient soul of the city of Monopoli through its materials, its details and its central and privileged position. Located on the third floor of a historic building, the house allows you to enjoy a stay immersed in history, a few steps from the alleys, squares and daily life of the center, with all the services easily accessible on foot.
The apartment opens onto welcoming and harmonious environments, where the restoration has enhanced the original elements of the local tradition. The dining room, with its suggestive restored tuff stone walls, represents the heart of the house: a warm and characteristic space, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The exposed stone, cleverly recovered, gives character and authenticity, creating an elegant dialogue between the past and modern comfort.
The kitchen, decorated with tiles, is fully equipped and designed to offer practicality without sacrificing style. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, it is suitable for both slow breakfasts and dinners prepared with local products, allowing guests to live the house in total autonomy, as if it were their own.
The living room is a versatile and refined space, embellished with an elegant green velvet sofa, which comfortably becomes a bed for a third guest. An environment designed to relax, read or simply enjoy the atmosphere of the house, turning into a comfortable sleeping area if necessary. All the windows overlook the alleys of the ancient village and from the bedroom it is possible to peer into the horizon the crystal clear sea of Monopoli, enjoying the view of breathtaking sunrises.

Access to the apartment is only via a flight of stairs, up to the third floor. Access to the terrace is in front of the front door of the apartment, behind the corner landing there is a ramp that gives direct access to the beautiful open space on the roof - equipped with an umbrella, two sun loungers and a small table.
