Host was great, got an early check in and easy to access from outside, got shown around apartment, was clean and had all that we needed, beds were comfortable, location was great, less than 5 min walk to Oxford Street, local cafes and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend.

We loved the flat. Location was excellent and it had everything that we needed. You will see in previous reviews. There is an issue with cigarette smoke smell, but that is primarily in a foyer area when you first walk in and really doesn’t have an impact on the flat itself. Also, in previous reviews, you will see that there is some noise from what I presume is a subway train. That as well was quite low volume and we barely noticed. Host was great and helpful with local restaurant selections.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Flat was down a steep set of very narrow stairs. It smelled of cigarette smoke that was covered up with lots of fake air fresheners, it was not very clean, and the underground trains run right underneath it, making it extremely noisy. The washing machine was moldy, and the double bed in the living room was a very uncomfortable fold out sofa. Not acceptable for sleeping.
